Students at school with their cell phones

      So students now a days are constantly using cell phones and the teachers try to make rules about not having them when they know that the rule wont work anyways. students may need to contact their friends for plans at lunch or plans after school. cell phones are a huge part of our society and it will never work if you just try to take them away. Its just not fair to students maybe their parents need to get ahold of them in case of an emergency.


     I think that students should have a right to use their cell phones in school just as long as the teacher isnt talking and that if there is an emergency and a parent needs to get ahold of a student and isnt able to because the person isnt aloud to take out their phone the teacher running the class should be held accountable.
